Extra Floral for Intimates

For those intimate brides out there....what are you doing for your MOH, bridesmaid(s), flower girls, best men and/or groomsman, florally speaking? And what are the prices for these things? (Boutinneres, rosewands, etc.) Thanks, guys!

DH's bout was included and I believe we paid $10.50 for FOB and FOG bouts, and $20 for MOG's coursage. I got a 3-rose wand for my MOH and it was, I think, $35. The wand was great! Everyone loved it and the price was right. They wanted something like $90 for a MOH/BM bouquet

I'm wondering about this as well. My fiance and I would love to have a unity candle, but the one Disney floral has is ridiculously expensive. Does anyone know if they allow outside floral arrangements such as a maid of honor bouquet or unity candle?

Last December we were able to have our own unity Candle arrangement in the WP. Only thing is that we had to get someone to set it up as Disney wouldnt.

You can ask a family member to do it but i was told Disney would do it for a small charge? i dont know how much though!

I don't know about Custom weddings or at the WP but I don't think at other sites it would be a problem to have other items brought in and set up by your guests. We were an Intimate at WL Sunrise Terrace and I had bows for the benches, extra bouquets in vases, 2 tablecloths for the tables on the Terrace, and a remembrance rose and vase for my mom. My MOH (my niece) and my best friend set them up for us, and they did a fantastic job It added just the right touch. I didn't want to spend so much on my MOH's bouquet (and she was 17 at the time) so we went with the rose wand, which was just perfect. Otherwise I would have gotten a bouquet elsewhere, but again being an Intimate probably made a difference.

When I checked on disneyweddings.com, they have the BM bouquet listed as $125 for the calla lilly bouquet and the rose bouquet, and $300 for the mixed french bouquet and the hand tied mixed bouquet. They also have the rose wand for $25.

The price listed for the unity candle is $200.

I was talking to Rosie the other day, and she quoted me a set up fee of $50-75 depending on how much you want set up. This is for items that you provide, which I am doing. I am having vases, candles, and rose petals added to the altar at the WP and rose petals down the aisle. It is a little more expensive to just let them take care of it, but it basically comes down to whether or not you want the hassle of doing it yourself. The roses, for rose petals, are $2 a piece. I went to a wedding where the bride spent $3000 just on rose petals for the aisle. That is just too much for me to stomach .

I am leaning toward just paying and letting them take care of it, so I don't have to worry about it at all....

I think I spent an extra $150 on floral bewteen my upgrade and the extra's. I brought my own unity candle but at the outdoor settings they are very difficult to light and you just go through the motions.

I haven't gotten a formal proposal from Rosie yet -- but I spoke with her about some additions to my Intimate SBP Wedding and these were the basic costs she gave me:

BM's Bouquets -- $50.00 -- Small hand tied w/ about 6 roses
Mom's Corsages -- $20.00 -- has one rose (I think) and then some greens and ribbon
Altar Arrangements -- $150.00 each
Colums ( to set arrangements on) --$50.00/pair
Bouts -- $10.00 -- (I think)
Petals for Aisle or Cake Table -- $25.00

Like I said these are just basic estimates, but it kind of helped me figure out where I would want to spend the money and how much the extras are going to cost!!
