Extra day left on ticket, can it be given to someone else?

If you have an extra day left in your ticket that you don't use, can you give that extra day to a family member, child, or friend to finish the ticket? Or is it like an airline non-transfundable ticket? Thanks much for any help!

Hi seetheworld.

Well, Disney does say the ticket is non-transferable. Since the DIS doesn't really allow discussions about ticket purchases/exchanges that aren't sanctioned by Disney, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.
