My brother is scheduled to return from Iraq after serving there a year and would like to take his wife to WDW or on a Disney cruise when he returns. I believe the Military Salute passes deal expired in December and am hoping that they would allow those who were actually serving in the war to take advantage of the offer when they returned. Does anyone know if they would do this?
I would assume the intention of this program was to reward those serving in the war - not just those who were lucky enough not to be deployed. I know they let immediate families go without the servicemen if they were in Iraq during the promotion but his wife didn't want to go without him and they don't have any children yet. His wife is Australian and has never been to WDW so wanted to go with him.
Any ideas?
