Extending TTF Southwest

Does anyone know the address to mail a request for extension of ticketless travel funds through SW? TIA.

i called them instead. However, it is not a toll free #. But it was quick and they will email you the confirmation codes.

here's a generic question: under what circumstances can you get sw to extend the timeframe to use the ttf? i called to get a refund for flights that were booked at one price then got lowered so i never cancelled the flights just rebooked at the lower rate and they said no refunds since it was a non refundable flight. i would rather not have to use the ttf by may 8 and don't really want to try to sell the credit to someone.
any advice?

They will extend all credits for 6month. But not until they expire. If they expire May 8th, you have to wait until then and call them to extned. So the 2nd week of May you can get the extention til Nov
