If you decide to stay in Disney longer than others in your room can you extend the number of days on your ticket or would you need to buy new tickets. What if you are switching resorts?

Your ticket as long as you have at least one day left on it.:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

you can add days on individual tickets anytime within 14 days of first using the ticket, or anytime before then. the ticket can have a maximum of 10 days on it total.

I just need some clarification. If I start out with a 7 day hopper and if I want to extend it on my last day for say another 3 days, will they charge me the $3 or $4/day (or what ever it works out to be) or are they going to extend it at $76/day?

Just want to be sure on this
Thanks!

just a minor clarification. even if the ticket has 0 days left, as long as it's within that 14 day from first use period (and there's been less than 10 days on it total), you can add to it.

if it's a 7 day ticket and you want to add 3 days, you pay the difference between a 7 day and 10 day ticket, even if there are 0 days left on it.

My bad, brad is giving you correct information, sorry for poor info that I posted.Correct info is very important and I should have thought out my answer better.:goodvibes :goodvibes Danny

What if you pay for the no expiration option...do you still have to add days within 14 days of the first use.

Yes.

All MYW tickets must be upgraded to whatever within 14 days of first use. Even if they have the non-expiration option.

Can I get away with this?

Buy a 10 Day NE Park Hopper, use 7 days. Before I leave (within 14 days) upgrade back up to 10 Days?

Lovely idea.. but no. If you start out with a 10 day ticket.. it cannot be upgraded except to annual pass.

Sorry.

I didn't think so, but I held out hope and I knew you'd have the answer for me, Knox!

On Page 2 of the stickey, in the paragraph below where is described Base Ticket is this:
No MYW ticket may have more than ten major park days of entitlements, unused or used, on it.

One thing that I did not make clear, and will discuss with the TPA&S Moderators for a minor edit, is that you may add days to your ticket even if you have used up all days, as long as it is still within the 14 day from first use period. For example, if you had a five day ticket and a major snowstorm closed your home airport and you were going to stay two extra days, you can add the two days even though you had used all five days of entries, and it would be the same price as if you had upgraded your five day ticket to a seven day ticket on the second day.
