Suggestions for an extended verandah please. Family of 6 booking one verandah cabin and one inside cabin that would be as close as possible. Probably will be a 7 day on the Fantasy

Thank you

We book the 4e extended verandah cabins on the fantasy on deck 5. We always get connecting cabins in the front of the ship - we have never sailed in the 4e cabins on the back of the ship. The only cabin we didn’t like was 5026. We have been pleased with all the others. We only put 2 people in each cabin and feel there is plenty of room.

There was a thread discussing this same situation, or very similar, about extended verandas. If I can find it later I’ll link it.

Short answer having done both aft extended veranda and side deck 5 extended veranda staterooms, my choice would be the aft room. It may not quite work as well with trying to get the inside stateroom as close, so if the group staying in the inside stateroom is old enough and responsible enough it would be less of an issue.
