Extended evening hours question

I have been looking at the app on my phone for our upcoming trip. For the extended evening hours it states you can enter the virtual que for Tron at 6PM, but when you look at the rides available Tron is not listed?????
The same thing is stated for entering the que for Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot, but it is listed?
Is this a typo? Is Tron open for extended hours? Are you able to enter the virtual cue at 6PM.

I suspect they are not listed because they are ONLY available by VQ?
When I did extended hours last December, there were definitely queues at 6pm for both.

There is a 6pm virtual queue time for Tron and Guardians. There isn't standby at all even during the extended evening hours.

We did both Iron and GotG last Sep. getting the VQ at 6pm. They're definitely available during EEH.
