Expression of Gratitude

i want to thank all of you who post on these boards for all of the priceless bits of information and advice I have gleaned. Nine family members and I are heading to WDW next week, and I have been the planner. I've spent 2 years reading and studying from cover-to-cover the latest editions of both the Birnbaum guide and The Unofficial Guide and checking touringplans.com regularly and I thought I had everything covered. However, Disney has instituted major changes since the publication of those books, and I would never have known about them without these board. My emotions have gone from devastation at discovering something that greatly impacts our plans to elation when getting advice from you guys regarding how to so solve the problems. For example:
I had based our park stategy on being there at RD and then getting FP's for later in the day. When I discovered the new FPP system, I was quite chagrined because we are staying at Shades of Green and didn't think I coould take advantage of the new system. I was overjoyed when I discovered via these boards that I could purchase our tickets in advance and link the numbers to MDX. And speaking of that, I found out about MDX thru these forums.
Now today I've discovered that the monorail schedule has changed, which impacts the ability to arrive at the parks before RD. Now I have to figure out how to work around that, but i'm so glad I found out about it before arriving @ WDW.
