We're planning to go to Universal on a Sunday in March. The express option for that day is the second cheapest upgrade. Do you think we should purchase it? Thanks for your help!!!

i suggest you wait until you are in the park to make the decision of buying the epp.

if you arrive before the gates open, you will be able to do many things before the crowds begin.

the epp is only valid for one ride/attraction each.

the passes are non refundable.
once you buy them and if you don't really need them, they are yours still.

they are valid only for the park you designated them for.
if you want to do both parks, it is an additional cost but cheaper than buying them separate.

the cost of the epp is an indicator of predicted crowd level for that day.

We are planning a trip for the first time to Universal. Can you tell me more about what this is? TIA

Universal has Express Plus passes available for purchase at both parks. They are good for Express access on all participating attractions once per attraction. They are priced based on the anticipated crowd level. I would never recommend buying them ahead of time unless you're going during a busy time.

or just stay one night onsite and good two days of UNLIMITED express! Woohoo!
