Express Passes- will price drop?

The price for express passes for our date are 69.99. Will they go any higher or better yet will the price drop? On site hotels are completely booked for this date.

Express passes don't usually drop. They sometimes do go up. Keep checking online a few times a day because occupancy changes all the time.

If the hotels are booked, then Universal is going to be really busy. I highly doubt the prices of the passes will drop. If anything, they will go up. Keeping checking for hotels (both online, and by calling. If you have not called, do it. You might get lucky) because things come up and people have to cancel. The rate might be high (250-300 a night) but well worth it if the hotels are that booked and express pass rates are that high. Hope you can get a room!

don't even consider buying the epp when they are $25.99.

Finally just went ahead and bought them. We are going as part of a whirlwind high school band tour and will only have one day. That evening- after the parks close we get on the bus and drive 14 hours back home. I want to make sure my kids get to do as much as they can in that little time period.
