Express Pass Upgrade

I just purchased the "one-time per ride" Express Pass for our upcoming trip. If I decide I want to upgrade that to the unlimited Express Pass, is that an option on the day?

This will actually be for Dec 4th. We only have one day to do both parks so I figured and EP was the best way to ensure we see what we want.

It is usually around the early part/ the first week in December

I am aware that this is a slow time of year. However it is a Sunday, so part of a weekend which I assume could be busy. Also first weekend of Grinchmas and we are trying to get both parks done in one day. We want to spend the majority of our time in the Wizarding World but are also interested in other attractions throughout the park, so this is the best thing I can think of to save time!

Sundays really aren't extra busy at Universal. I think you'll be just fine.
