Express Pass time windows?

If I'm getting this right when you scan your ticket you get a choice of two time windows. Are they close together or is one in the am and the other pm/evening? Thanks.

If I remember correctly your choices would be something like:
First choice: 10:00am - 11:00am
Second Choice: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Depending on demand you may have choices offered that are much later in the day.
