Express Pass Question

My wife and I are staying in a Universal Deluxe Resort for 1 night. We have a friend coming to meet us at the park. I don't do rides, but our friend does. Can he use my Express Pass? Will it have my picture?? Do they ask for ID when using it? It will be wasted on me. Thanks
