Express pass needed on 10/20?

I'm going to hit Universal on Tuesday, 10/20 mostly to see the Harry Potter stuff. After that I plan on hitting as much of the parks as I can before leaving around 3pm. Do I need to buy the Express Pass? I know it doesn't work on Harry Potter attractions but I wasn't sure how crowed Universal gets this time of year on a weekday.

Thanks!

Touring plans has Universal 3/10 busy and I of A 2/10.

We are there that day. The only thing of note is Universal is open late until 7pm that day and the Monday (the only 2 days out of our 10 night stay due to HHN)

We went same period last year and found crowds very low and manageable outside potter areas. I think you'll be fine without the pass.

Great, thank you so much! I'd rather not spend the money if I have too!

And if you think you need it when in the parks, just buy it then. It's offered all over the parks, and since it's date and park specific, with no refunds, no need to buy ahead if unsure.

Thanks...appreciate it. I can use my employee discount ahead of time to save some money which is why I was wondering. :)
