This past weekend in the peak times the express pass lines IMO were getting way too crowded. Yes it's still less than standby but it seems this is getting progressively worse.

Here is yesterday (Sunday) at Mummy 1:20pm. :scared1: Yes, that's just inside the front doors.

Yikes. What do you think is causing this? Even when I've gone in the height of the summer tourist season, EP lines haven't been like this.

Wow!!

We walked straight on most rides with EP with no wait whole time we were there.......only time we stopped in the Mummy queue was to tell TM we wanted the front row.........that`s a real walk on.

Was it a special weekend or something???

Is it like that on all rides or is it just operator problems at the loading dock?

I've noticed the EP que, especially for the mummy, have taken a lot longer this year too.

Do you think this is a sign that more people are getting tired of the goings on over at Disney?

It was not all rides but there was different issues with express at different times and rides. One night DC express was out the front of the castle.

The day before the picture above Mummy was just before express scan. RRR was just at the corner where it splits away from the regular line.

I go all the time and this trip was just strange. We will look at the EP line and if it's that long I just walk back out the line. We have done the rides so much we can catch it later or another trip. But for someone there for 1-2 days I would be pissed.

That is crazy!

How were the crowd levels in general? I was there the weekend before, and we did Mummy at least 6 times when we literally saw no one else in the EP line.

I heard someone complaining about the Dragon Challenge Express line while I was there. The complaint was about the setup though - that they had to go through the longest parts of the line with everyone else before they reached the split for EP.

We were there almost every day from 17th Sept to 5th Oct and we saw nothing like that.......what a queue......didn't have any issues with Duelling Dragons either......was walk on every day with EP.

DH just reminded me longest EP queue we had was a few minutes at DM.....once......very other time was a walk on.........as you say bluer if you're only there a couple of days it would be seriously annoying.

Yeah, we will be there for 11 days and will have lots of time to do what we want many times over. It would be very annoying during a 2 day stop in. Hopefully just an anomaly and not a permanent thing.

We were there Thursday 10/8 and Friday 10/9 and saw nothing like this! We walked on every ride those two days and felt we did more than we ever had! Rode many things multiple times with EP!

You are right, I said this past weekend (sat-sun). We were there 8th and 9th too. Had no issues both those days.

That's weird because just lately a few people have taken pictures showing bad backups in Disney's FP+ lines. Ugh.

I think the Columbus Day holiday yesterday had something to do with it. Most local schools were not out but I know quite a few business were closed. Sunday night at HHN was a nightmare because of the lines.

Howdy stranger.

Well metro since you were there's Sunday no way I would have seen you

I bailed after 8 when the additional
37,000 came into the park

One of the worse crowds I have seen in years

First time I ever have left HHN due to crowds

We were there Friday-Monday and were also a bit disappointed in the express lines, though this was only our second trip so we don't have a whole lot of history to compare it to. The hotels were all completely booked this weekend which probably didn't help. Sorry, maybe we were part of the problem! :)

We ate at Cowfish Sunday night around 8:30 and had about a 20 minute wait. It would have been 45+ without the PBR advantage. I couldn't believe the sea of humanity streaming in both directions with absolutely no letup.
