Just got an email about Express Check-in being available for my stay at HKDL. (Which, btw, means - 1 week to go, eep!)
Is there any benefit or drawback from doing it? I know at WDW checking in online can be faster, but you are also more likely to get an impromptu upgrade if you check-in at the desk. I do have a somewhat tight dinner reservation (plane scheduled to arrive 6:30, and I am signed up for Enchanted Garden at 8:30, but if I end up missing it, it would be unfortunate but not the end of the world.
