Expo yet? What's in the goody bag?!

Has anyone been to the Expo yet? What is in the goody bag? We're on our way from OH won't be going to expo til tomorrow.

The bag is green mesh. Inside is a plastic bag to check. There is a small Luna bar, the shirt, and a few coupons. Nothing major. Make sure you check your bag for safety pins before you leave. Mine didn't have them.

For future reference, what style cut is the shirt? Is it a uni-cut or woman's cut? I want to sign up for this race next year but want to make sure I put down the right size... all depends on the cut of the shirt

It's a Champion Double-Dry shirt. Looks to be a loose cut women's tech shirt. White with lime green and fuschia pink logo. Six black sponsor logos on the back.

With the two bags, it's more than we got at the regular marathon weekend.

I wish I knew what races had more than this! The ones around here you get your number, pins and a t-shirt (or whatever the race gift is) and that's it. Seems like pretty much all you need anyway.

WDW gave out some pretty sweet blue mesh backpacks with a little zipper compartment on the front, last year for marathon weekend. I'm sad that they weren't back this year. I use mine for hauling stuff to the pool when I go for lap swim.

The Rock n Roll races are pretty good at giving out goodies. I've run Seattle the last couple years and there have been lots of free samples (BioFreeze, KT Tape, chap stick, snack bars, even little bottles of oil and balsamic vinegar confused3) and a bag of dog treats, this year). I think Disney has been kind of weak this year, compared to other races of this size - I miss the little tiny Sharpies they gave out when Sharpie was a sponsor!

But as you said, it's really the bib and the pins that matter!

Thats a bummer about the goody bag. Yes, the WDW Marathon weekend didn't have the mesh bags this year but the Princess in the past has been known for spoiling runners. Last year, the purple mesh bags were great and I have used mine for all the races since. I think that Disney could do so much better!

Good Luck Ladies!! I am sure all of you will do great. Can't wait to hear what color stone is in the medal!

They make great bags for putting dirty clothes in while traveling, too.
