Does everyone in your party have to be a D23 member to get the member ticket price or can one member purchase tickets at the member price for everyone in their party who are not members?

You just need one person who has a D23 membership card to get the discount. I believe it is up to four people which you can get the D23 member discount. After that you have to pay full price.
