My thoughts and prayers are with everyone inside and outside Paris impacted by these horrific attacks. What a terrible situation.
I would think they have security like they do at wdw. Would be too much hassle to try and get into something like that.
Boston Strong! Miami Strong!I know all of Boston stands with France
I'm glad to see that the French promptly assaulted the concert hall when the terrorists started executing hostages. There really isn't any alternative, but they were apparently well-prepared for that eventuality. Anyone who got out of there owes their lives to those brave police officers.
My wife just said the same thing.I'm not a big Fox News fan but I love that to what I've seen they are the only ones who didn't have a correspondent say killed they actually said "murdered". Kudos for that.

Indiana strong. Hang in there France. This tragedy will make you stronger than you are already.
On a side note, I think it just hit my wife. She's been upset since hearing about the attacks but now crying since they just released an updated death toll of 158. She's saying it's happening all over again.
Eurostar train from UK to France operating Saturday 14 November as normal BUT they are offering free exchanges if any one wants to change their travel plans. They are saying to expect delays
SKY NEWS reporting all members of the band Engels of Death Metal who were playing at Paris Bataclan have been accounted for BUT some of their crew /backstage personnel have not been accounted for
With all due respect -- as one who has "been there, done that" -- you're incorrect. Politics has nothing to do with the decision process unless the police commanders on-scene are spineless political pawns. There's no good alternative tactically, or politically. If you allow a hostage crisis to linger beyond the initial attacks - like until tomorrow morning - any deaths that ultimately result will cause people to second guess their actions no matter what they chose to do. A prompt assault assigns the death toll that results - rightfully - to the terrorists themselves as part of the overall attack.
The blood is always on the bad guys' hands -- NEVER on the hands of the authorities...unless they are unprepared, spineless, or incompetent.
Thank you so much for these updates. I hear it from you faster than I hear on the news here.
How could this happen? Don't they have strict gun control in France?

The issue in a situation like this is whether the situation is controllable or not. As long as the situation is controllable, the longer the thing drags out the more likely a positive outcome. It is possible to talk even crazy people out of crazy actions. Some of these situations have taken several days to resolve successfully.
But if the bad guys start shooting people (which they did), or try to leave, all bets are off. The situation is then out of control and you go in with everything you have.

Gun control or no gun control it happened. All they have to do is make ISIS law abiding.
