I have paper/Tyvek tickets from UT. I want to convert them to RFID on our arrival (non-park) day, so I don't waste time doing so on our first park day.

We are staying onsite at a testing resort, but I am not interested in linking the tickets on MDE or putting them on my MB.
I am not interested in testing FP+.
All I want is to convert the paper ticket into an RFID card.
I want to do this at an actual ticket office instead of the conceirge desk at the hotel. We're not DTD people, so I don't want to go there to have it done.

So, I need to go to a park ticket office to have this done, and the MK is closest to the WL where we're staying. Can someone explain where this would be at the MK? Maybe reference a map? Do I have to go to the TTC or is there a ticket office in front of the MK where I can do this?

I've never had to visit the TTC or the MK ticket office for ticket issues and I've never paid attention to where they are. I feel kinda dumb right now. :confused3

It is really very simple. There are Guest Relations windows to the right of the MK entrance. You will need to go through security and then go as far to the right as possible. You will see them there.

Is there some reason you don't want to get this done right at the WL?

So I'll go through bag check, but not the turnstiles? OK, that makes sense.

There are two reasons not to do it at WL. The first is shallow...if I do it at WL, I'll get a KTTW-looking card (the blue one). I want the cards with the characters...it's just easier to keep track of whose is whose, and they're cuter than the KTTW card. :rolleyes2 <---me at myself The second is that with WL beginning testing the MBs on the 14th, and with our checkin on the 19th, I'm afraid they're going to be inundated with MB testing issues, especially if FP+ is as glitchy as it's been for the past few days. But in all honesty, it's the first reason. I want the green cards with the characters.

The kids love the monorail, and we're getting in early in the day, so we were going to do a monorail ride anyway.

Will you be taking the boat to MK? Then fix your ticket and ride the monorail loop? Sounds like a fun time. I love to turn pedestrian things into adventures.

Makes sense. We always love to take the boat to MK, make a full loop on the monorail and then take the boat from the Contemporary back to the WL.

Have fun!

Yep, boat, then monorail, then back on the boat. We might even hop on the Epcot spur and just ride out there and back for fun, especially if our room isn't ready.

We've always taken late morning flights into Orlando and with the time change always got to the resort around dinner time. This year, we're taking an early morning direct flight and we should be to WL by lunch time. The possibility of having an afternoon to kill on property without feeling rushed to get everyone fed and in bed so they're ready for RD the next day is making me giddy.
