We are currently booked at the GF from Nov 20-27 on the Deluxe Dining Plan. Last night, my kids said they would rather stay at the Poly. DH and I would rather stick with the GF. But then we thought... hey, what about a split stay? But we are not sure how it works. Also, from the 20-24, we have a 40% pin code applied to our reservation. The rest of the days are blacked out for Thanksgiving.
So, here is what we would do. From the 20-24 stay at the GF. Then the 24-27 stay at the Poly. We still want to do deluxe dining. Now, could someone explain to me how the tickets, dining, pricing, etc work?
I figured we would still be able to use the 40% code for the GF. But no code for the Poly. Would we have to buy tickets on each reservation? Or could we purchase them on the first? And dining, it would be applied to each reservation?
I am thinking if that is the case, we would end up spending more doing a spilt instead of just sticking with the GF the entire time. Is that correct?
I am completely confused... Help!

You might want to consider how crowded it will be on that Weds. trying to move and check in. The crowds will be pouring in. I've also never seen any discounts given on an actual holiday but I guess it is possible if they have empty rooms. We also have the 40% code except for Weds. and Thurs. I hate having to pay full price for a room. We are staying with grandparents and I don't want to have them switch resorts.
