Explain Sea World tickets to me?

I feel dumb because I don't understand what they mean.
We are not going anytime soon but I was just checking the prices.
What is the difference in same day ticket and one day advance ticket?
They have one that is same day + all day dining for 109.99 is this a good deal?
The same day ticket without the dining is 99.99.
