You should be able to deactivate it.
Are you seeing it under the Magic Bands section or the Tickets section?I only see it in the app and can't figure out how to deactivate it there. It does not show up in the desktop version?

Just ghost tickets (phrase coined by someone here, Robo maybe?). I've had a pair in my MDE since MDE came about. They are from 2013. Nothing can make them go away
Funny side note related to them, they do enable booking of FP. I used them for this purpose a couple years ago when we first got our AP. I bought mine in advance, since I don't have a ghost ticket but waited till I arrived to get DH and DGD theirs. I booked the FP for that trip using these ghost tickets
ETA - There is no nothing to deactivate either, they don't have any admissions on them, they were used up during the trip for which they were bought. For some reason they got caught in the loop and won't go away like other used tickets. Our trip was like 2 or 3 weeks before MDE rolled out and I think that had something to do with it. I remember they'd rolled out MDE and changed the website but you could still get in to the older version of the website (did it have a name?) through the custom map link. I hated the new interface and always used the back door link to the older website when making reservations and such. You could still enter celebrations on the older version of the website and we were celebrating DGDs 5th birthday so I would book all our ADR there so I could enter the celebration without calling.
I guess. Really, doesn't do a thing for us now. We all have AP. But if we ever were to drop them it would come in handy for DH and DGD. It doesn't give extra FP or anything like that, they are attached to MDE account and only to DH and DGDWow, that's a golden ghost ticket! I'd be counting my lucky stars, not trying to get rid of it!!
The tickets section

If they are like the ones in my account, they can't be reassigned. Because used tickets can't be reassigned and MDE sees them as used, just not used up (even though they are)You could use that profile to prebook an extra set of FP. To maintain the TOS, you could transfer them one at a time to the profiles used to enter the park. A lot of people would be very happy to have an extra FP-generating profile in their MDE!![]()

Whew, yeah, that could work. But I'm too blond to keep up with all thatIf you wanted to, you could set up new profiles for DH and DGD the next time you get APs (unless you're renewing to obtain the discount - then it wouldn't work!). Change the names on the old profiles, and you'd have a pair of profiles that could generate extra FPs - potentially for years!![]()

In Disneydacey's case, the brother-in-law might not be coming along on future trips. In any case, no need to reassign. Just change the name of the current profiles to something an alternative and set up new profiles for new tickets.

In the case of the OP, it may work to generate 1 extra set of FP. For 1 person. Not sure how much good that does to most groups. And even then, it's so convoluted I'm not sure it's worth the troubleYou could use that profile to prebook an extra set of FP.
