After numerous times calling to find out if my name was assigned to QSDP Pin, I was told repeatedly no or the dates were not during my scheduled vacation. Just called again and they told me that yes I had a PIN for QSDP for my dates of travel, but it expired yesterday. 
They were sorry, but there was nothing they could do about it! I was upset and asked if there was any way they could apply it to my vacation as I have called ALOT and have always been told no, when in fact there was one. She was very short and said no its expired there is nothing she can do about it! Ughh! Sooooo aggrivated right now! 
Does anyone know of anyway around this???
