Expired Coupon Book

We went to IOA a couple of weeks ago for the first time and had a wonderful day. So much fun that we are planning another trip in a couple of weeks-we're FL residents.

Imagine my chagrin when I realized that the $150 dollar coupon book that we received expired at the end of 2010.

Does anyone have anyone have an email addy I can write a letter of complaint to? I assume that I will be sent a new pamphlet or that the restaurants know of the problem and will honor them...

they expire at the end of each year.

get a new coupon book when you go this year.

it won't be a problem.


ask about it when you check in.


i have not found any more than 2 coupons i can use each time i visit.

i get better discounts with my ap and aaa cards.

when you recieved your coupon booklet, they probably has the '10 mixed up with the '11.

i have had that happen many times over the years.
it is correctable.


did you just notice this after you did your trip?


like i mentioned before, you will not have any issues exchanging for the new booklet of coupons.

I didn't notice it until today, because I was trying to see if we would use any for our trip in a couple of weeks.

I figured that it wouldn't be any big deal to exchange the pamphlet b/c none of the "deals" are cheaper then my AAA discount

i would not be surprised at all if you did use the '10 coupon on your next trip, and the TM doesn't notice the expiration.
