I know theres been a ton of changes in the past couple of months since we last went.

I remember hearing/reading that Disney tickets will (or now do) come with an expiration, or otherwise limited timeframe to use them? I mean other than 14 days after first use. I'm talking about if I were to buy tix today, do they now expire at x point in the future (regardless of whether I ever use them even once)?

Just curious of the details or when they will or alreafy have implemented.

I believe the change is they do not expire but after 1 year you pay the cost difference if the ticket prices have gone up in order to use it.

Those rules only apply to single day tickets. When they "expire" you will have to pay the difference between the original purchase price and the current price of a one day ticket in order to use them.

Aside from the expires after 14 days of 1st use, when you go to buy a 1-day ticket on their website this is what you'll see underneath in small print:

The above expiration date does not appear when purchasing 2 day or more tickets;which means they do not follow the expiration rules of the 1-day tickets (this is likely because 1-day tickets are tiered and multi-day, currently, is not). FL resident passes (at least for 3 and 4 day) follow different rules.

Be careful if you buy tickets from a discount vendor as they may have certain promos that state you must use the ticket by X date (I found this more when I was purchasing my tickets to be used for Sep 2017 back in Feb 2016 where there was a promo with like a 5/31/16 use by date).
