Expiration Date on Special tickets

Our high school orchestra is going to WDW in four weeks. I am thinking of going with them, but am not sure.

If I don't go, then I would still be going the next week during spring break with my kids. I was thinking I could just buy a ticket with her, but don't want to buy it if I can't use it if I go spring break instead of with the orchestra. (Ticket is about $130 cheaper than what I would have to pay otherwise)

The teacher asked her trip coordinator and she said that I can still use the ticket as long I use it within 7 days of their performance. My question is...their perf. is on the 24th. I would be in WDW on the 30th. Does that mean I could only use the tickets on the 30th/1st. Or did the advisor mean as long as I activate the passes within 7 days, they are good for my whole trip?

Youth Educational Series tickets may be used only within the date span printed on them. This date span is typically but not always running from 7 days prior to the event up through 7 days after the event.
