Experiences with Lost & Found

Has anyone dealt with Lost & Found for tiems left on the ship? Someone in a different stateroom realized they left some valuables in the stateroom safe (yet another reason why I don't use them). They contacted DCL L&F and while they have been nice, they have not been particularly helpful or responsive. So, she's wondering if she should try to call someone else in DCL to help her with this issue.

they have been phenomenal both times I have had to use them! Just awesome!!! Once it was a sweater my daughter left in the theater the last night and another time it was a safe issue too.

I had my TA contact them also.

It's probably going to take a little time and patience. Depending on whether the stateroom host found the item(s) or the next cruisers, the item(s) may even still be onboard the ship. Shoreside won't have access to confirm it's definitely found until the ship returns.

Good point. Both times I had items returned we called lost and found before she sailed back out again and the items had been found prior to the next sailing.
