I'm in FSFB at the California Grill.
If you get a busy restaurant, it is a very stressful, fastpaced atmosphere. If you get a slow restaurant, it can be boring.
Some restaurants are only open certain meals. Mine is dinner, so I only work afternoon to late nights. I have a friend at Crystal Palace who sometimes has to work 12 hours (all three meals). It just depends where you are placed!
It was really tough for me at first, the entire transition. But, if this happens for you stick through it and it does get better!
