Experiences with BCV late august ressie at 7 mo?

We'd like to stay at BCV next summer - the week preceeding Labor Day Weekend. Was curious if anyone had any insight into how easy/difficult it would be to get that kind of ressie at the 7 month mark. Or if anyone's had any experiences in the past getting/not getting that ressie?

We were able to book a 2nd villa at the 7 month mark for the last week of august in 2009

I booked a studio no problem at the 7 month mark for this past august (27-30) we did a split stay and stayed at blt first.
At 11 months I booked the entire stay at BLT ---- just incase....but dropping those blt nights and getting bcv was easy!!

I tried for the last week in August this year at about 3 1/2 months and was on the waitlist but did not get it so be sure to call right at 7 months and you will probably be fine. DSD had not decided for sure about going until then although I Kept saying we have to make reservations early and then she was disappointed that we didn't get BCV. We went with BLT and OKW instead. Maybe next time she will make a decision earlier My reservation for BCV this Dec was made at exactly the 11 month window.

I called right at the 7 month mark for this past mid-August and was able to book 6 nights at BCV in a 1 BR with no problem whatsoever.
