I wanted to buy 4 day hoppers for DD and I and then use our GAD for our 5th. Easy enough on LMT.

BUT I have a 3 year old that could NOT volunteer so I need a 5 day hopper for him. HOWEVER, when I'm on the website ordering I can't seem to buy JUST a child ticket?!?!?!?

Can I call and order? Or is it internet ordering only?
Any help would be appreciated :)

Also, is there extra fees I need to be aware of or am I only paying what I see?

After I order...what is the process? A paper voucher I take to the ticket booths? Actual tickets?

What are some issues that others have encountered?

Have you looked at the price difference between buying a 4 day ticket and using the GAD...vs taking the GAD voucher to the ticket booth and using it to upgrade to the 5 day you need? Unless that first day is a blockout day for the GAD voucher, you really should check out the price difference.

Just in case you didn't know you could upgrade from it (it gives you the cost of a one-day one-park ticket to upgrade from).

wow, that's pretty weird how it doesn't have a Zero for adults. I'd definitely call.

Hmmm...I just tried and was able to put a child hopper, by itself, into my cart? I didn't actually try to check out, though.

Isn't it just a $10 difference between pre-buying a 4-day hopper and a 5-day hopper? (And then you can park hop.) For that difference, I'd have to consider buying the 5-day passes and then taking the Fastpass or pin option. If you can't actually ride any of the thrill rides I suppose the Fastpass option may not be very helpful, but it's only $10 each....

When you buy an eTicket, you get a PDF and print it out, then just take it right up to the turnstiles and they scan it and give you your regular paper ticket. No extra fees. One excellent suggestion here is to use a webmail address when you get your eTicket, so if you happen to forget your paper voucher, you can check your mail in your hotel. However, if you do that, make sure you do not use the wrong email address (for instance, yourname@google.com). If that happens, you have to go to the ticket booth with your credit card and maybe confirmation and go through some hassle to get the ticket, though they will hand it over eventually.

Whatever you do, have a great trip!

That's what we're going to do--we got a 5 day ph from last minute and we'll use our vouchers for fast pass. It may seem like the value is lessened but who knew you could get park hoppers that cheap in the middle of the summer :confused3 and we'll need them as 2 of our days are unblocked passholder days. Our first day is blocked for the vouchers too, but I checked and we can use our fast pass option.

Just did that...as well as going for the 5 day and using the voucher for upgrading to an AP...STILL LMT has the better deal. OR like another poster said maybe just buy the 5 day and use the vouchers for FP!!

Thanks for your help...I believe that is exactly what I'm going to do!! I didn't realize the price difference until you pointed it out!!

After getting the vouchers and reading all the posts on how to use them I was NOT going to do the fast past option BUT...after trying ALL options the BEST value "for us" is LMT tickets and then using the vouchers for FP. We're going during a time when it's likely NOT to be busy...but that's ok :)

Thanks so much for your help!

If I call and order tickets...how fast will I get the vouchers in my email box?

They send the vouchers a few day ahead of time. However, that was not good enough for me!! I emailed them further in advance and asked that someone from the "attractions" department email my voucher ASAP and it came the next day. It comes as a Word document.

We leave in one week exactly and I put off getting tickets til the last minute! Just wondered if I would get them in time!

I have still have not figured out this whole LMT thing. When you say "a few days ahead of time" what does that mean? A few days before what time? The days of your trip? Sixty days before your trip?

I'd like to know myself. If it takes more than 5 business days to get the email then I won't order...maybe I'll call and get the info!!

Called LMT myself today and she said that we would get a voucher IN an email immediately. That IF we planned our trip 5/3 - 5/7 that there is PLENTY of time for it to arrive as email is speedy! Guess I'll just have to go for it and keep checking my email & spam. If nothing in 2 days CALL!! Here I go...wish me luck!
