Experienced Drivers Wanted

... from central Mass to WDW. We didn't have our dd with us this time, though.

DH and I left at noon on Thursday Sept. 13th and got to PO-FQ at noon on the 14th. We drove straight through to NC (and yes, the Tappan Zee Bridge is MUCH BETTER than staying on 95 through NY!), took a little nap, and then drove through to FL. Total driving time was 21 hours. Coming home we made it in 20 hours... I missed my daughter!

Granted if you have kids with you it might not be practical to drive straight through like that. The next time we go I plan on leaving around dinner. My dd is a great sleeper in her car seat so she'll stay asleep till morning. We should be able to make it to NC by morning. We can then stop and have breakfast and then travel as much as DD will let us. We could probably make it to the hotel before her bed time, and then we all can get a good night's sleep!!

The ride really isn't that bad. You just take it one hour at a time
