They have a contract that looks good to me but I haven't seen them mentioned on the boards. I'd appreciate any experience!

I bought through them several years ago and had good experience.

We have purchased twice through them. No problems at all. They are a reputable company.

We had purchased 2 contracts through them a few years ago and were very happy. Just sold a contract through them and they made it very easy. Felt it was a vey fair price for us and the buyer. kept us informed along the way. Not sure you could ask for more. As a seller, very happy.

We just closed yesterday on a contract they had listed. Good experience for us, good communication over both email and their web chat. Their listings note whether a contract is an international seller, which was something we were looking for. That made it easy. They also use Mason Title, which was another thing we wanted.

Yes, very good experience with them. Bought two years ago with them, and was buying a contract last month through them again, but it was taken by Disney this time.

Used the before. I like the process with them the most. I got ROFR'd, but that was not their fault. Also, they are available all hours of the day and weekends which I certainly appreciate.

I didn't end up buying through them but I nearly did two years ago and they were very helpful. They also followed-up to see how I was doing after I had told them I ended up going with a purchase on another site.
