Experience for "White Card" Members

I provided this feedback to Disney already, but I thought I'd share it here as well.

I'll start with a disclaimer: I'm thrilled to be a new member via resale and completely understand that I am not eligible for the membership benefits of a direct "blue card" member. :earsboy:

That being said, I wish the experience on the website and email promotions would reflect the benefits of the two groups. When I log into the member website, it is littered with offerings and updates that aren't valid for me and I get emails about things like DVC member cruises that I'm ineligible for.

I'm not sure if they just don't care or consider it marketing for me to add-on direct, but it isn't as welcoming as it could be for a new member.

Yup, they are counting on those promotions to encourage addonitis and FOMO, resulting in you adding on by buying direct!

On the other hand, if they filtered these offerings, you'd have folks complaining that they were being treated as second class citizens because there was a separate "white card" website and they don't receive those promotional e-mails, etc.
