I heard that Sunday when I called MS. I think they meant to say exponential diversity.

Exponential: characterized by or being an extremely rapid increase (as in size or extent)

Diversity: the condition of being diverse : especially : the inclusion of diverse people (as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization

Conclusion: RCI offers a rapid increase in the inclusion of diverse people?

I guess they are trying to say that RCI offers more variety, but wouldn't it be simpler for all involved to just say that?

Yeah, that was a new one to me, too.

I think they meant to say exponential diversity.

I am pretty sure they meant "experiential diversity" as in diversity of experience.
