Expedition Everest Seating Question

Ok, I'll admit it...............I LOVE roller coasters, but don't like things popping out of nowhere (kind of like when the dinosaur jumps out on Dinosaur). It about makes me pee in my pants , so I need some help, please! When I go next week and ride EE, which side is the Yeti going to be on? Better yet, when boarding EE, which side should I choose to sit on if I don't want to be the closest person to the Yeti? Thanks for all of your help (from the big "creatures popping out at you" chicken!

He doesn't really "pop" out, you're going by him very fast, but if you want to be the seat opposite him get in the left seat.
In other words, let the person you're with get in first, then you.

First of all, find a restroom before you get on EE!
No, actually, the Yeti is really a glorious creature! I didn't find him scary at all, more majestic and awesome.

As another poster stated, he doesn't pop out, you can see that you are approaching him. He does growl and reach down to you. He will be on the right side of the car. I really wish you could see him for longer. You just zoom by him.

Just along the same topic (sort of).....I was told that the coaster goes forward and reverse as well. My wife felt naucious in the Back to the Future ride at Universal, but was wondering if she would be okay in this one since the movements are either forward or reverse. She's okay with that but not with sudden jerks and jolts.

To say that the Yeti is on the right side is somewhat misleading, because he is actually above you on the right and actually swipes his claws down towards you, so being on the right or left side is not going to make much of a difference, and you'll have plenty of warning and you go by him so fast. It's a great ride. Rode it 4 times last week while we were down there.

She should be fine. Expedition Everest is very, very, very smooth. Nothing like Back to the Future.
