Expedition Everest early in the morning...

For my daughter's birthday on Wednesday she wants to go to AK for opening and ride EE before making our way back to the Boardwalk to have breakfast at Spoodle's at 10:45 am. We have a rental car so we will be driving to and from the park.

So I'm asking: 1) What time does the park open? It's an Extra Magic Hours morning at AK on the 28th...and 2) is it feasible to get from AK after riding EE, back to the Boardwalk for breakfast at 10:45 am?

If it is an EMH morning, the park will open one hour prior to the puiblished time, which you can find here on the DIS, or on waltdisneyworld.com.

If all you are doing is EE, and you arrive at the AK at opening time, you will have plenty of time to get to the BW by car in time for a 10:45 breakfast.

Well, I don't know what month you are traveling but most days this Fall, Animal Kingdom is scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m.. If it's an EE day, then it would be 8:00 a.m. You should be able to ride it a couple of times and still make it back to the Boardwalk (especially since you have your own transportation).
