Expedia partial payment questions

We are looking at heading to Disneyland in October, and have tried every possible scenario from Calgary Alberta to LA on Expedia for flight, hotel and none will give me the partial payment option, anyone have any luck with this?

I didn't even know Expedia did partial payments...the only info I could find was on the US site (.com, not .ca), I wonder if it's not available to Canadians?
