Expedia....half board????

Hi guys..my sister, her 2 kids and my mum are going to DLRP on the 27th September, they booked via expedia, Santa Fe hotel.

Now my sister has phoned twice asking to add on half board standard but they won't do it saying its not the deal now....when she phoned for the second time she was told even if she wanted it at time of booking they wouldn't have been able to book....


is that right??? I thought it would be straight forward for them to add that???

As far as I know booking through Expedia does exclude you from adding HB vouchers even if you were paying full price for them. This was certainly the case in January when I tried to add them to a booking I'd made.

No you can't add half board if you book through Expedia or Eurostar, only official Disney travel agents. At least you couldn't.

Thanks guys...my mum was so looking forward to getting the vouchers!!! Never mind

I really need to remember that for future reference!!!..I'm never booking with them!!!
