Expedia Cancelation question

Has anyone had to cancel one of the purchased ticketed through Expedia? My sisters friend decieded she can no longer come with us... we did purchase the insurance, but can not figure out how to cancel just one of the tickets.

Just make sure the cancellation is a reason allowed for the insurance purchased. Most are not "just because" policies.
