About how long of a wait should I expect for Toy Story Midway Mania around 10:00 to 10:30am on Monday 12/12 (should be a low crowd day). How about Rock'n'Roller Coaster around 1:30pm?

You can use the MDE app to check Wait Times. It's 10:30 ET right now and TSMM has a 20 minute wait and RnRC has an 80 minute wait.

You can always check each day to get an average/idea of how long you may be waiting on the 12th.
