I went for a run this morning, 4.29 miles in 35:57.

I did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio and heavied up on the weights!

I can hardly type... I did upper body weights and abs. I really pushed it today

It was so lovely out today 60 here too I went 3.4 miles in 44 minutes and I started my day with the Winsor Pilates 20 min.
I love it when I can get outdoors!
Anyone else get it done today?

30 min rock hard abs class(well only about 20 min for me as it was hard to keep up) and 1 hour step class-which I am capable of doing- and 20 weights
