I get to start! I did 4 mile Walk off Weight, Denise Austin's Daily workout and some arm exercises!

Let's get moving!

I'm on my way out the door for a walk. Beautiful weather here, hope it stays that way!

Good luck to everyone -- get out there and DO SOMETHING -- remember, just one day at a time.
 
20 minutes running on treadmilll
30 minute workout total gym
15 minute abs routine

30 minutes swimming, 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next.
 
This morning I did Firm super body sculpt (upper/lower/abs). It was a great work out! Who's next?
 
Just got done doing WW Get Fit video. Really gives me a great workout and is only 35 minutes long.
 
30 minutes walk/jog on treadmill
30 minutes lower body
10 minutes abs

played soccer and ran along side kids on their bike ride . . . does this count? In the humidity, it sure felt like it did!

Anyone else?
 
Got home late today (at 8) but still managed to put in a 5 minute quick jog on the treadmill and 15 on the elliptical.
 
I spent 100 min swimming today. :fish:
I did 1/2 mile lap swim, then spent the rest of the time swimming in the deep end ( no touching bottom or sdides, no flotation devices involved). :fish: :fish: :fish:
 
I got moving today again for the first time in a few weeks!

Did 30 minute WATP.
felt good :)
 
I did my WATP walking and jogging tape, equivalent to 2 and 1/2 miles.
