exercise thread Tues May 4th

Anyone start yet? took 1/2hr walk outside before work - its cold but at least it wasnt raining
Hopefully will get back out for an hr after work
so far im at 5600 steps

newholiday - 5600 steps sounds impressive. I've got to get me a pedometer.

This morning was FIRM body sculpt (lower body) for me. That one is a killer!! My legs and thighs are really feeling it today!!!

Okay, who's next?

I went for a nice long run with DH....6 1/2 miles....feels GREAT! The scale has been *stuck* for WEEKS now....so hopefully this will give me the nudge that I need to get over that hump!

Running for me this morning, 3.6 miles in 40 minutes. I'm hoping the increased distance will kick up my progress over the next couple of weeks!

I walked to breakfast and then back - it was about 40 minutes total. I was proud of myself b/c I could have sat there hungry for an hour (I was waiting for my car to be serviced) or I could take ACTION!

Walked two miles, but went on a route that has about 1/2 mile of wood trail - up a steep incline! Thought I would have the big heart attack! LOL! But it felt good to be outside sweatin'.

my total steps for today is

21,400 !!

I havent clocked that much ever!

I got in a half of an hour walk in the afternoon, nothing in the evening though.

I did 20 min. on the TM for Tuesday. Second day back into the plan.

I ran 2 miles with a walking 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool down on the TM.
