I got out of bed - still deciding if Im going back - lol
its a dreary day, had a late night - may need a "hang low" day
actually i would still like to get my walking done today - hopefully i'll post back in a few hrs that I did get moving
anyone else having a hard time getting going today?
I did 40 minutes of run-jog on the treadmill - today I actually had to turn the speed dial up a little further than usaully to get the run part in and 15 minute abdominal workout.
I did 20 min. on the stationary bike and 30 min. on the treadmill. I walked/rode a total of 7.68 miles and burned a total of 388 calories and I feel GREAT!
Anyone else feeling good about their exercise routine for today?
