I worked out with Denise Austin on Lifetime today. I did both her shows which is an hour. It was a mix of yoga, pilates, arobics and target training which today was legs/hips and abs. I also took my boys up to the park which is 1/2 mile there and a 1/2 mile back. I carried my 3 month old and pulled the 2 and 3 year old in the wagon. I kept active this morning until 2PM!
ok this is my first W.I.S.H. post b/c i've been in denial for a while about gaining, but i've come to terms with it... Since I moved to Jacksonville in Dec I've gained about 10 lbs! A bit much for me, I'm petite and have a small frame. And I am FEELIN it!!!
Anyways, just wanted to jump start myself and this board seems pretty motivating. I did 20 min cardio and a Women's Health workout circuit today. Tomorrow I WILL do 30-45min cardio and core workout.
