This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
25 minutes on the exercise bike and 20 minutes of weight training for me today.

Next?
 
Ran/walked 3 miles (33:08)

20 minutes on the stationary bike doing the body for life cardio plan.
 
I did 45 minutes of walking Wed. I did a 33 minutes 2 mile walk before a workshop I had to go to.
 
Two workouts for me on Wednesday, running in the morning (4.29 miles in 35:50) and Curves after work. I did the extra "abs" workout, where I kept my abs tight during the entire 2 trips around the curcuit - woo boy did I feel it afterwards. ;)
