This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next????????
 
Wow you're soo luck that you can get your exercise in in the morning. I think I might try and hit up the gym BEFORE work tomorrow, which means getting up before 6...EEEKK!!
 
I did a firm tape this morning!!!

ANyone else?
 

1/2hr walk outside this morn before heading in to work
its getting real cold in the morns but I gotta keep at it at least until the snow covers the ground
 
I went to the gym with DH. I did 20 min recumbant bike, weight circuit, and about 15 minutes wogging on the track.
 
I did not get my regular walk in at lunch time, so I walked on my treadmill while watching West Wing. My plan was to walk a half of an hour but the show was so good I ended up walking for 50 minutes, doing about 2.3 miles.
 
I did two workouts, aerobics in the morning (Kathy Smith Cardio Fat Burner) and Curves after work.
