 I am still feeling icky today, but I have to say I felt great in the gym. I hit the elliptical for 40 minutes today and felt the best I felt all day long. Maybe that means I am getting better.

How about it gang, who is next?

I did the FIRM Fat Blasting Cardio this morning. Hopefully I will get to TM tonight.

4 miles in 46 min then .25 mile walking in 4 minutes...........

Weight-work at the gym for me this morning....hopefully gardening/yard stuff after dinner....

walked 1/2hr twice this morn
then went food shopping before heading in to work

Picked up the hand weights for the first time in months and did my upper body routine, two sets of 10 each exercise, took about 40 minutes. I used a weight about 50% of what I used to in my healthier days, but it's a start! I know the muscles are still there under the fat, I just have to coax them out again!;)

It's very encouraging to see all the folks with the different weight losses in your clipart. Makes me more motivated!

1/2 hour walk. I'm a little disappointed I didn't do more, but I did manage to hurt my back on the weekend and today's my first day of walking around without saying 'ouch' every other step. ;) So at least I'm headed in the right direction.

Earlier today I did the 3 mile WATP video. I think I need to kick it up a bit after this week's GOOSE EGG loss. :(

Some days, I wish I had more time to do my exercising. :(

Next?

:sunny:

I did day 1 of the Ramp it up (Slim in 6) video - but only managed to survive 35 out of 45 min, and 1 hr on the TM. Total 15311 steps.

next?

I ran a mile in 7 min. and alternated ab work on a fitness ball with jump roping (5 sets of 100 jumps)

Total steps for day = 9,300

I walked around the neighborhood. Finally feelling well enough to do anything. I have been laid up for 5 days! But I did through in a bit of running for good measure. Trying to get back to 141 by Sunday.

Keep the Faith!
Tracy
