This morning I ran for 52 minutes.

Who's next ?????????
 
30 minutes on the TM and 25 minutes of upper body toning.
 
50 minutes lower body weights and abs so far.....

I got up and did 3 mile WATP so put in 45 minutes so far to day. :flower: :cool1: Later this afternoon or tonight I will do my weights and toning.
 
1/2hr walk outside before work
my pedometer is up to 9300 so far today
 
Today I got up at...4:20am..ugghh I know..and did my 30 min High Intensity Workout on my Weight Watchers DVD...YEAH!!!

did 45 eliptical and 30 min weight machines and elastic rope thing...next
 
Great job everyone!

I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked on the treadmill for a half of an hour in the evening.
